Here's an inside tip for creating business credit before you have actually sold ANYTHING yet.

After establishing your DBA (business name) and tax ID, open a business account and deposit every dime you get (AS CASH) into that account and establish "account receivables".   Then establish "account payables" by paying your own bills. This will signal creditors that there is a revenue flow and in as little as 6 months you could have business credit offers coming in that could be the liftoff you need!
